Retail Business Developer


Fujitsu is helping retail brands around the world keep their doors open to their customers, day and night. We have over 40 years’ experience working side by side with some of the largest customers within the Retail sectors.

We are now looking to strengthen our sales team in Kista and secure that we continue to grow our Retail business with new customers in Sweden.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and develop sales opportunities and build pipeline to meet targets
  • Establishe value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities including strategy for beating the competition.
  • Identify and influence decision makers, influencers and stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Maintain a high level of product, services, solution, market and competitive know-how.
  • Identify, motivate and communicate with virtual teams to effectively support qualified opportunities. Advise and train Sales Assistants and Sales Professionals as agreed with Manager.
  • As agreed with Manager, develop the sales strategy for Retail Market in Sweden.


Who are you?

You are a senior sales professional with 5 years of documented experience working within the Retail sector. You have a natural interest for the dynamic environment that the IT industry provides and have a successful track record of selling IT hardware, software or solutions to Retailers. You’re used to handle most of the sales process alone or with a smaller team.

As a successful sales professional you have a passion for offering the customer a portfolio that adds real value to their business. You are motivated by seeing opportunities develop into business and building long term relationships with the customer. You like to challenge and develop our offerings to secure that they are in the fore front of the market.

We offer you the chance to really make an impact, a role where you would be one of the key persons to ensure that more customers would benefit from Fujitsu's solutions and portfolio.
